Getting Started
No, I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. All services are private pay. However, I do provide super bills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement — many clients receive partial or full reimbursement for out-of-network services, depending on their plan.
Please contact me directly for current session rates. Fees vary by service type (individual therapy, supervision, training). I am happy to discuss rates and answer any questions during a free consultation call.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other payment methods — please reach out to confirm current options. Payment is processed securely through my client portal.
I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern, please don't let that stop you from reaching out — I'm happy to have an honest conversation about options.
I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and I strive to handle these situations with flexibility and understanding.
